In response to the Kaohsiung City Government’s net-zero carbon emission policy and world trends, the symposium is themed “Technology City. Net-Zero Sustainability” and features a special Zhang Ruixun, director of the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government, was invited to deliver a keynote speech on the topic of “Urban Net-Zero Transformation Strategies under Domestic and International Governance Frameworks.” Papers on related topics will also be published in the afternoon of the day.
