The Taichung City Metropolitan Development Bureau pointed out that in order to accelerate the reconstruction of the endangered elderly, in addition to the reconstruction plan cost subsidy, there are other supporting measures for the reconstruction of the endangered elderly, including preliminary structural assessment, and you can enjoy a subsidy of NT$12,000 to NT$15,000. ; If a detailed structural assessment is required, up to 30% of the assessment fee for each building will be subsidized, with a maximum subsidy of 400,000 yuan; the reconstruction of dangerous old buildings will be exempted from land price tax from the start of construction to the issuance of a use license, and for 2 years after the use license is obtained, The land value tax and house tax will be halved; if the owner before reconstruction is a natural person, the house tax will be halved after reconstruction. If the ownership has not been transferred during the collection period, the halving of house tax can be extended until the ownership is lost, up to 10 years.
