Tainan City’s model workers have been announced. The city’s Labor Bureau said that after preliminary review and final selection, 385 model workers were selected. They will be held in Anping District and Baihe District for two consecutive days on the 26th and 27th. Each organizes a commendation meeting.
The Labor Bureau said that in celebrating Labor Day, we recognize the contribution of grassroots workers to social and economic development. We conduct model worker selections every year. They are recommended by various industries, professional unions and public institutions, and are selected by the Nanshi Model Labor Review Team after preliminary review. , this year’s 385 model workers were selected. A commendation meeting was held at the Xuan Cui Seafood Banquet Hall in Anping District on the afternoon of the 26th, and at the Baihe Guanziling Labor Education Center (Fuye Hot Spring Club) on the morning of the 27th. ; On the 27th, fifteen Nanshi workplace models for people with disabilities, five outstanding units for recruiting people with disabilities, three outstanding units for over-recruiting people with disabilities, and two new units for recruiting people with disabilities will be commended.

Director of Labor Wang Xinji said that the Labor Bureau plays a “stirring” role in promoting labor affairs and strives to create a friendly and safe employment environment through various policy plans; it actively enters factories to promote the signing of group agreements between labor and management to improve labor conditions. Last year Successfully guided 35 public institutions and their affiliated enterprise unions to successfully sign group agreements.
