The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Taichung City Government stated that in order to promote the rooting of art education, the “Taichung Children’s Art Festival” series of activities is planned in conjunction with Children’s Day in April every year. This year, a total of 33 high-quality performing arts teams from across the country will participate in Taichung’s mountains, seas, villages and cities.
