The rainfall is 20.5 mm. The maximum hourly rainfall is 52 mm in Gangshan District, and the rainfall time is mainly from 6 am to 9 am.

The Water Conservancy Bureau monitors 587 gates of 91 pumping stations within its jurisdiction, inspects flood control operations, and dispatches personnel to areas with heavy rainfall to inspect the effectiveness of flood drainage to ensure that the pumping units start pumping immediately and operate normally.
