In this regard, Zhou Kunhai, chairman of Changmao, said in a joint interview with the media that because the government has recently opened up applications for the establishment of energy storage plants, the company’s main business is the steel industry, and it was originally established legally in response to the policy of diversification of operations. Changmao Engineering was established in 1985.
