In response, Taoqin Company also responded, admitting that the shuttle bus driver misread the flight number, which led to the abnormal dispatch incident.

Taoqin Company pointed out that on April 23, the company performed an external docking service to transport passengers at the same time period to the same airline, with similar flight numbers and operations close to the parking bay. However, the driver of our company’s shuttle bus mistakenly looked at the flight number and did not confirm it twice, causing the passenger to be sent by mistake. The colleague discovered the error immediately after the passenger got off the bus, cooperated with the airline to re-count the number of passengers, and then boarded the correct flight.

Taoqin Company stated that this case was purely due to staff negligence. The company will immediately conduct an internal review and transfer the negligent colleagues from their current jobs. Subsequent punishment will be carried out in accordance with company regulations and education and training will be provided. Taoqin also apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers and airlines due to the recent increase in flights and frequent ground handling operations. The company sincerely apologizes and will strengthen supervision to maintain good service quality.
