SEGA announced that the action puzzle game “Magic Bubble Puzzle Match” launched on the App Store paid subscription service “Apple Arcade” will release the first version (Ver. 1.1.0) Update archive.

This update file adds a new map “Challenge Maze” to the game, stories for 6 characters, new rules “Double Score Mode”, and 7 new BGMs that can be exchanged in the store.
New map “Challenge Maze”
In the “Adventure” mode, a new high-difficulty map “Challenge Maze” with challenge targets in each grid is added. The rules and challenge objectives will change with each challenge, so you won’t get bored even if you repeat the challenge. Players need to challenge repeatedly and strive to obtain luxurious reward props (which can be unlocked after advancing in the adventure mode).

Added 6 new character stories
The “Adventure” mode has added character stories of Xie Zuo, Teacher Ya Ge, Half-Dragon Woman, Li Duoer, Senior Squirrel Bear, and Ellie. As long as you play the story of each character, you can add that character as a player character. It is expected that the story will be added to the ending in future version updates.

Added new rules “Double Scoring Mode”
Added “Multiplayer Magic Bubble”-specific rules “Double Scoring Mode”. This is a 2 vs. 2 rule to compete for scores. Players need to cooperate with each other to accumulate scales in order to achieve the goal of high scores.
7 new BGM songs added to the store
7 new BGMs adapted from popular songs in the past series of “Magic Bubble” have been added, which can be obtained by exchanging points in the game store.
