The “Technology Sharon 400 Tainan World Taiwan” anniversary event jointly organized by the National Science Council, Sharon Smart Green Energy Science City and the Tainan City Government will be held for three consecutive days starting from the 27th. Tainan City Vice Mayor Ye Zeshan attended today on behalf of Tainan Mayor Huang Weizhe. He thanked the central government for its forward-looking budget for the construction of Sharon Science City. In addition, the city government has invested in many public construction projects in Sharon Science City in recent years, including completing the establishment of special sewage pipes in the core area, transportation Renovation and completion of three external roads to Quy Nhon, Quan Temple and Nhon Duc as well as the latest convention and exhibition center in the south.

Vice Mayor Ye Zeshan called on the central government to continue to pay attention to Sharon and invest in the research and development of advanced technologies such as hydrogen energy and compound semiconductors. The city government will also fully assist in the implementation of applications.

Director Lin Rongchuan of the Economic Development Bureau pointed out that this event combines the research and development results of various central ministries in Sharon, including the Information Security Female Jess Competition held by the State Grid Center Information Security Base, which is the only domestic event to cultivate female information security seeds. The ACW Information Security Service Base of the Digital Development Department is open to the general public to understand the situation and correct knowledge of information security protection such as semiconductors and critical infrastructure. Taiwan Tech Arena (TTA) will also cooperate with France in Taiwan to hold a sports technology forum. The surrounding Sharon Green Energy Technology Demonstration Site and Taiwan Sugar Smart Green Energy Recycling House are also open to the public.

Director Lin Rongchuan also thanked the central government for attaching great importance to Tainan and locating the southern office of the space center in Sharon. This anniversary event will also showcase the research and development results of domestic satellites and rockets in the Information Security Building. When you come to Sharon, Tainan, you can see the future of Taiwan, including the model of the third phase of the Quantum Technology Experimental Building of Academia Sinica and National Cheng Kung University Sharon Hospital. The public is welcome to come and learn about it. The Tainan City Government has also cooperated with the Department of Energy to set up the Sharon Smart Green Energy Science City Office. As the hub of the Sharon Science City, it will help promote investment promotion and advanced technology implementation demonstrations.
