3. Respiratory alkalosis
A normal person takes about 15 breaths in 1 minute, but when a person is angry, the number of breaths can reach more than 30 times.
Due to rapid breathing, a large amount of carbon dioxide (acid) is excreted from the body, resulting in respiratory alkalosis, chest tightness, chest pain, dyspnea, palpitations, sweating, pale complexion, numbness of the face and lips, and a series of poisoning symptoms such as convulsions in the hands, feet, and body.

2. Shift your attention: Turn your attention from negative emotions to other areas. When you feel angry, think about things that make you happy.
3. Deep breathing: Through steady exhalation and inhalation exercises, you can gradually stabilize your fluctuating emotions. General anger that subsides after 5-8 breaths.
4. Solve from the source of anger: face things with wisdom and actively resolve them, not emotions.
